To support our team, we are looking for a committed individual for the position of a student in Product Management. The position is part-time, based in Berlin/Potsdam, and offers the option of hybrid working.

Are you keen to learn new things and develop into the product and project management field in an area of technology that enables biomedical research at the intersection of digital health and AI, while working with an international and passionate team of professionals?

As a Working Student in Product and Project Management for collaborative projects, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in various tasks related to product development, strategy, and communication. Your responsibilities will include:

Your future role

As a Working Student in Product and Project Management, you will support our team in shaping and improving digital products that enable biomedical research. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the definition and tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align product initiatives with company goals.

  • Conducting market and landscape research to identify trends, technologies, and opportunities in digital health and research technology.

  • Assisting in user research activities (e.g. interviews, surveys, usability tests) to better understand user needs and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to identify and prioritize valuable product initiatives.

  • Supporting the maintenance of product management tools and documentation (e.g. Jira, Confluence).

  • Helping prepare presentations, documentation and other materials to communicate product updates, milestones, and insights to internal stakeholders.

What you need to succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. 

  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development principles and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or similar agile frameworks are required

  • Basic understanding of product management concepts, gained through coursework, projects, or internships.

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to interpret information and support decision-making.

  • Good communication skills and an interest in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Passion for technology, digital health, and innovation.

  • German language skills are a plus, but not required.
